Kemper wins 2nd ‘Alcatraz’ triathlon title

NFL’s Kaeding, Olympic champion Johnson to headline Exercising Your Character event
Former Iowa Hawkeye and current NFL star Nate Kaeding and Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson will be among the featured speakers at this year’s Exercising Your Character, a celebration of youth fitness, sportsmanship and good character.
